Life happened....

I can't believe how long it has been since I have posted on here. Life has been crazy, my health horrible, and then being the mommy of a very active 16 month old boy..... I barely have time to think let alone write! But that is my goal, to write at least once a week. I am starting a journey of self healing through nutrition, I am taking control of my health and I AM going to live and function as a normal person!
